Banking Integration Tester - (Temenos T24)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banking Integration Tester specializing in Temenos T24 to join our dynamic team at Integrated Solutions Tawantech in Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of banking systems, with a primary focus on the Temenos T24 platform. Key Responsibilities

• System Integration Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of Temenos T24 integrations to validate seamless data flow and functionality across interconnected banking modules, including core banking, payments, and customer management systems.
• Test Planning and Execution: Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify defects, validate system requirements, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with software developers, business analysts, and project managers to identify integration requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
• Performance and Security Testing: Perform rigorous performance, load, and security testing to assess the scalability, reliability, and resilience of Temenos T24 integrations under various operational conditions.
• Defect Management: Utilize advanced defect tracking tools to log, prioritize, and monitor issues, ensuring timely resolution and verification of fixes to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed test reports, including test results, defect summaries, and recommendations for improvements, to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and facilitate informed decision-making.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all testing activities adhere to international banking regulations, data security protocols, and organizational policies to mitigate risks and maintain the integrity of financial transactions.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in banking system integrations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in software testing, banking systems, or Temenos T24 are highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Temenos T24, including knowledge of its architecture, modules, and integration capabilities. Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, HP ALM, or similar platforms is essential.
• Banking Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of banking processes, financial systems, and regulatory frameworks, with prior experience in a banking or financial services environment preferred.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities to identify root causes of integration issues and propose effective solutions. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams, articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and document test outcomes clearly and concisely.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board), CSTE (Certified Software Tester), or equivalent are advantageous.
