Position Overview

As a Community Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense medications in strict compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and professional standards to ensure patient safety and optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Pharmaceutical Care & Patient Education: Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including medication counseling and patient education, to promote the safe and effective use of prescribed and over-the-counter medications.
• Prescription Verification: Thoroughly review and verify prescriptions to confirm their accuracy, appropriateness, and alignment with patient needs, while adhering to clinical guidelines and legal standards.
• Inventory Management: Oversee pharmacy inventory with a focus on maintaining the quality, safety, and proper storage of pharmaceutical products. Implement efficient stock control measures to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering a welcoming and professional environment that enhances patient trust and satisfaction.
• Operational & Business Contribution: Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve operational and business objectives, including meeting sales targets, optimizing workflows, and contributing to the overall success of the pharmacy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Professional Licensing: Valid professional classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), ensuring compliance with national regulatory standards.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and team members.
• Customer Service Orientation: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and building long-term patient relationships.
• Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to work on a shift basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to relocate or travel across various regions of the Kingdom as required.
