Data Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that provide valuable business insights.
• SQL Proficiency: Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
• BI Tool Utilization: Design, create, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using leading BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to visualize data and facilitate stakeholder understanding.
• Data Validation and Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity and reliability of data by implementing validation checks, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and operations, to understand data requirements and deliver insights that support their objectives. Present findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization by analyzing operational data and recommending data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Compliance and Security: Adhere to data governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, as well as hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Familiarity with data visualization best practices is highly desirable.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail, enabling you to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and efficiency.
• Eligibility Criteria (Tamheer Program):
• Must be a Saudi national.
• Not registered in the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) for a minimum of six months.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Have not been previously registered under the Tamheer program.
