Human Resources Operation Specialist

As our HR Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering effective HR support, including onboarding, employee relations, offboarding, and HR operations. You'll ensure smooth HR processes, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintain accurate HR documentation.

• Onboarding & New Joiners: Support the HR Executive in preparing employment paperwork, coordinate training workshops, manage visa processes, handle relocation logistics, and maintain employee records in our HRMS system.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact between management and employees, provide information on company policies, support performance management processes, and participate in employee engagement initiatives.
• Offboarding: Coordinate with the PRO for visa cancellations and exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and represent the company at the Saudi Labour Office when required.
• HR Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely responses to employee document requests, prepare monthly HR reports, and maintain accurate HR documentation while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.

To excel in this role, you'll need a graduate degree or diploma in HR or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in the HR function. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of KSA immigration laws, exceptional timekeeping and planning skills, and strong communication skills are essential.
