Position Overview

Our subsidiary, SOOR, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business & Technical Solutions Specialist to serve as a pivotal liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the successful delivery of business solutions by bridging the gap between strategic objectives and technical execution. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing business needs, designing innovative solutions, ensuring seamless system integration, and facilitating smooth implementation and adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with business leaders, end-users, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements. Ensure clarity and alignment between stakeholder expectations and solution capabilities.
• Solution Design & System Integration: Support the design and development of integrated solutions by working closely with architects, developers, and vendors. Contribute to the creation of functional specifications, system architectures, and integration strategies to meet business objectives.
• Business Process Analysis & Improvement: Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement. Recommend and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Documentation & Deliverables: Prepare and maintain key project artifacts, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, use cases, and integration diagrams. Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Testing & Issue Resolution: Support testing activities, including the development of test cases, execution of test scenarios, and coordination of defect resolution. Troubleshoot technical issues and work collaboratively with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. Facilitate effective communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Change Management & User Adoption: Support change management initiatives by developing and delivering training materials, conducting user workshops, and promoting best practices for solution adoption. Monitor user feedback and address adoption challenges to maximize the value of implemented solutions.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain comprehensive records of solution architectures, integration workflows, and operational procedures. Ensure knowledge is documented and shared to support ongoing maintenance, scalability, and future enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in business analysis, technical solutions, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in dynamic environments.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in business process modeling, requirements elicitation, and solution design. Familiarity with system integration, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and testing methodologies is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights and vice versa. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Location: This position is based at the client site, requiring on-site presence to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
