Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager - Procurement Systems Management will be responsible for the following core functions:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-thinking strategy for the procurement systems portfolio, including enhancements, integrations, and upgrades, to ensure scalability, efficiency, and compliance with organizational goals.
• System Implementation & Optimization: Lead the planning, deployment, and continuous improvement of procurement systems, ensuring they are fully integrated with existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms and digital procurement tools to maximize operational effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement teams, IT departments, finance, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, align system capabilities with business needs, and drive adoption of new technologies across the organization.
• Performance & Reliability Management: Monitor system performance metrics, proactively identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime, enhance reliability, and optimize user experience.
• Data Analytics & Insights: Oversee the development of robust data analytics frameworks to extract actionable insights from procurement activities, enabling informed decision-making and performance tracking against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners to ensure timely delivery of solutions, negotiate favorable terms, and maintain high service standards.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all procurement systems adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and international standards, including data security, privacy, and audit requirements.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of procurement systems professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in procurement systems management, digital procurement, or related fields, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in procurement software platforms, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), e-procurement tools, and cloud-based solutions, with a track record of successful system implementations and integrations.
• Analytical & Reporting Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting platforms to translate complex data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Understanding of procurement compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation strategies in system deployments.
