About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) projects. This pivotal role demands a professional with a robust technical foundation, extensive project management expertise, and exceptional collaboration skills to engage effectively with internal teams, external vendors, suppliers, and key customer stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of multiple IT O&M and ICT initiatives, from initial conception through to successful completion. Core duties include:

• Project Leadership: Direct and manage the full project lifecycle, encompassing initiation, meticulous planning, seamless execution, continuous monitoring, rigorous control, and structured closure to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Delivery Excellence: Guarantee that all projects are delivered within the defined scope, adhering to agreed timelines, budgetary constraints, and stringent quality benchmarks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between operations teams, external vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders, fostering transparent communication and alignment throughout the project duration.
• Risk and Change Management: Proactively identify potential project risks, develop and implement robust mitigation strategies, and efficiently manage change requests to minimize disruptions.
• Reporting and Governance: Provide regular, detailed project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring full transparency and accountability. Support resource allocation and uphold rigorous project governance standards.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure that all project activities are closely aligned with overarching business goals and stakeholder expectations, driving value and measurable impact.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Programming, or a closely related discipline.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in project management, with a focus on IT Operations & Maintenance and ICT projects.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) and ITIL certifications are highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: A strong technical background in IT Service Management (ITSM), software development, application management, or IT infrastructure is essential.
• Methodologies: Demonstrated experience with established project management methodologies and frameworks, ensuring structured and repeatable project delivery.
• ERP Familiarity: Practical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) workflows and systems, enabling seamless integration and operational efficiency.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong analytical thinking, and the capacity to navigate complex challenges with confidence and clarity.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel across the Kingdom as required to support project needs and engage with stakeholders.
