HBX Group, the world’s leading technological partner in the travel industry, is seeking a dynamic Sales Support Assistant to join our global team. We connect and empower the world of travel by bringing together local and global brands in accommodation, transport, activities, and payments through a network of 300,000 hotels and 60,000 high-value clients across 140 source markets.

As a Sales Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our regional sales team by coordinating operational activities, maintaining data accuracy, and acting as a key link between Sales and internal teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the regional sales team with daily operational requests.
• Serving as the liaison between Sales and internal departments.
• Communicating process updates, system changes, and key information to the sales team.
• Logging, tracking, and escalating issues through Jira as needed.
• Monitoring and following up on open cases with CRM, Admin, and Technical teams.
• Maintaining accurate client data, reporting levels, and CRM records.
• Supporting data cleansing and data quality initiatives.
• Tracking requests, initiatives, and operational activities to ensure timely completion.
• Providing progress updates to management and escalating issues when required.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar support role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and reporting tools such as Tableau.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and track activities effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach, and comfort working across multiple teams.
