Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Director of Shared Services will play a critical role in shaping the future of our shared services organization by executing the following core responsibilities:

Ensure that the shared services model evolves to meet the dynamic needs of the organization while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Operational Excellence and Performance Management: Establish and maintain a robust framework for measuring, monitoring, and managing service delivery performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize processes, and elevate service quality across all shared services functions, including finance, human resources, IT, procurement, and other operational domains.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor and partner to department heads and executive leadership, collaborating closely to understand their evolving service requirements. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and customer-centricity, ensuring that shared services consistently exceed performance expectations and deliver tangible value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Change Management and Organizational Transformation: Lead and champion change management initiatives to drive the successful adoption of shared services across the organization. Develop and execute strategies to minimize disruption, mitigate resistance, and ensure smooth transitions during periods of transformation, including the implementation of new technologies, processes, or organizational structures.
• Team Leadership and Talent Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, diverse team of professionals within the shared services organization. Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess a proven track record of success in shared services or a similar operational leadership capacity:

• Education and Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing shared services, operational leadership, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable results. Experience in a multinational or multicultural environment is highly desirable.
