Fund Accountant

Join Sidra Capital, a leading Shariah-compliant asset management firm, as our Fund Accountant. We're seeking a dynamic professional to support our investment operations, reporting, and fund administration, ensuring accurate execution, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

In this role, you'll manage investment execution, perform reconciliations, review NAV packs, optimize VAT claims, assist with audits, prepare reports, and drive process improvement. You'll also lead team development, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage stakeholder relationships.

• Manage investment execution, including subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, transfers, and corporate actions.
• Perform reconciliations and review NAV packs for accuracy and completeness.
• Optimize VAT claims while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist with internal and external audits and prepare regular reports.
• Streamline workflows, improve operational frameworks, and lead team development initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure consistency in process implementation.

We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented discipline, preferably with an MBA in Finance or a professional finance qualification. You should have 3-5 years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, or a related area within the banking or financial services sector. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
