We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Service Center Manager to establish and lead our new service and calibration laboratory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This unique opportunity combines operational leadership, technical expertise, and strategic growth to drive Fluke's expansion in the Middle East.

As the Service Center Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, and technical conformance of the Riyadh service center. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining full compliance with Fluke quality systems and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation requirements.

• Provide full operational leadership for the Riyadh service center, including calibration, repair, logistics, and customer support functions.
• Establish site goals, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with Fluke Global Services objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain all service center personnel, including technicians, engineers, and support staff.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers requiring calibration and repair services.
• Maintain adherence to ISO 9001 and serve as the designated Technical Manager for the calibration laboratory.
• Ensure compliance with Fluke service procedures and global calibration standards.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline, with 8-12 years of experience in calibration, metrology, or test and measurement environments. Proven leadership or management experience, along with strong organizational and operational management skills, is essential. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic language skills being an advantage.
