• Developing and maintaining cost accounting systems to support our operations.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including cost analysis and variance reports.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business operations and provide strategic financial insights.
• Implementing internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Training and mentoring junior team members.
