As we continue to expand our reach and capabilities, we are seeking a Team Leader, Facilities Management to drive operational excellence and support our rapid growth.

Your Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will lead, supervise, and manage the daily activities of our Facilities Management (FM) technicians, ensuring seamless execution of maintenance and operational tasks. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving to maintain the highest standards of service quality and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in sustaining Noon’s mission of delivering excellence to every door, every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership and Management: Lead, supervise, and manage FM technicians, distributing workloads effectively to meet operational demands. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your team.
• Maintenance Oversight: Monitor and ensure the timely completion of both preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to service quality standards and operational protocols.
• Emergency Response Coordination: Lead breakdown response efforts and manage escalation procedures to minimize downtime and disruptions. Act as the primary point of contact for critical incidents, ensuring swift resolution.
• Compliance and Safety: Uphold and enforce Noon’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, as well as company procedures, to create a secure and compliant workplace. Promote a safety-first mindset across all teams.
• Operational Coordination: Manage technician attendance, schedules, and shift planning to optimize resource allocation. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align FM activities with broader business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track asset performance, identify recurring issues, and propose actionable improvement opportunities. Prepare comprehensive maintenance reports, KPIs, and operational updates to inform leadership decisions.
• Inventory and Planning Support: Assist in spare parts planning and inventory control to ensure technicians have the necessary resources to perform their duties efficiently.

Your Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in facility management, maintenance, or technical operations, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Leadership Acumen: Prior experience leading or supervising technicians, coupled with a strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) tools, as well as reporting and analytics platforms, to streamline operations and enhance decision-making.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management abilities, with a knack for motivating teams and fostering a culture of excellence. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
