Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager to oversee the execution of our world-class construction projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of projects while adhering to budgetary constraints and regulatory standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and maintaining the highest benchmarks of safety and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements. Develop and implement robust construction methodologies to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Contract and Stakeholder Management: Oversee construction contracts, liaise with contractors, and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and comprehensive reporting to track construction status. Identify deviations early and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration between design and construction phases. Facilitate effective communication and alignment across all project stakeholders.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Champion the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on site. Foster a culture of safety and sustainability to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
• Innovation and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation in construction delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Communication: Manage stakeholder relationships by providing clear, concise, and timely updates to senior management and external partners. Ensure transparency and accountability in all project communications.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a proven track record in construction project management. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale and complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, contract administration, and project management principles, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams with a results-driven approach.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the capacity to influence and inspire teams at all levels.
• Proficiency in construction management software and project management tools, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Prior experience working in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong asset.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, with a commitment to safety and sustainability.
