Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive sales growth.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Strengthening long-term customer relationships through exceptional clinical and commercial support.
• Collaborating with physicians, hospital teams, and cross-functional colleagues.
• Achieving sales objectives and supporting the development of less experienced sales team members.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and key account management skills.
• Ability to provide clinical support and communicate product value to healthcare professionals.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience supporting clinical cases in a hospital environment.
• Experience working with multiple healthcare stakeholders.
• Previous experience mentoring or coaching sales colleagues.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
