About the Role

As a Finance Operations Professional at Siemens, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and strategic alignment of our financial processes. You will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial reporting and compliance. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Transaction Management: Process and validate financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable operations, including vendor payments, customer billing, and collections, to optimize cash flow and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, while ensuring adherence to international accounting standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance financial processes through automation, digital transformation, and best practices, contributing to increased operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, such as procurement, sales, and legal, to align financial operations with business objectives and support strategic decision-making.
• Risk Management & Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks, detect anomalies, and ensure the integrity of financial data and systems.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance operations, accounting, or financial reporting, preferably within a multinational corporation or a large enterprise.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, with hands-on experience in financial modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with fluency in written and verbal communication.
