We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Revenue Management I to join our team at Sheraton Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue management, with a strong background in the hospitality industry.

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue.
• Analyze market trends and competitor data to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize pricing and distribution strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure revenue targets are met.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
