Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

• IAM Solution Design & Architecture: Develop and implement scalable IAM architectures, including authentication, authorization, and identity governance frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire identity lifecycle, from provisioning and deprovisioning to role-based access control (RBAC) and privilege management. Ensure timely and accurate access provisioning while minimizing security risks.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide expert guidance to junior engineers and stakeholders on IAM best practices, tools, and emerging technologies. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions adhere to industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2) and internal policies. Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting to mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
• Vendor & Tool Management: Evaluate, integrate, and optimize IAM tools and solutions, such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Ping Identity, or SailPoint. Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
• Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Lead investigations into security incidents, unauthorized access attempts, or IAM-related breaches. Develop and execute remediation strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to assess access requirements, resolve escalations, and streamline IAM processes. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or vendor-specific certifications) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IAM engineering, with a proven track record in designing and deploying enterprise-level solutions. Experience in sectors such as finance, healthcare, or government is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), and identity governance tools. Familiarity with cloud IAM (AWS IAM, Azure AD) and hybrid environments is essential.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to lead projects under tight deadlines. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement is critical.
• Language & Compliance: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is advantageous. Must adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
