Senior Manager - Asset Management Technology

As the Senior Manager - Asset Management Technology, you'll define how technology is selected, deployed, and optimized across Qiddiya's growing asset base. You'll identify where technology creates operational, guest, and commercial value, and ensure assets adopt solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

We're looking for candidates with 4-6 years' experience in technology consulting, systems integration, or enterprise architecture. This hands-on role requires strong problem-solving, requirements analysis, systems design understanding, and lifecycle management. You'll work with Asset Strategy, Development, QIT, and vendors to guide system choices, harmonize technology across assets, and ensure coherent, value-driven deployment.

• Technology Strategy & Value Realization
• Identify technology opportunities that improve operational efficiency, guest experience, or financial performance
• Evaluate proposals for feasibility, value, and alignment with architecture standards
• Recommend technology selection, prioritization, and lifecycle planning
• Support post-deployment reviews to confirm value realization
• Systems Capabilities And Business Performance
• Help define business and technical requirements for new assets and business units
• Contribute to architecture discussions to ensure scalable, integrated solutions
• Ensure systems meet operational needs in line with Q-Tech asset Technology Strategies
• Ensure assets and operations are enabled with Data Office standards and approaches
• Technology Standardization & Harmonization
• Promote consistent technology use across operations and assets
• Map technology stacks and identify improvements or consolidation opportunities
• Support creation of technology standards, playbooks, and governance models
• Encourage reuse of systems and solutions across assets
• Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a link between Asset Management, QIT, Development, and City Ops
• Participate in design reviews and readiness assessments for asset openings
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Assist assets and operations with technology-related issues, risks, and deployment planning
• Emerging Technologies & AI Adoption
• Track trends in operations technology, entertainment tech, and AI
• Support evaluation and pilot testing of promising new solutions
• Identify practical AI/ML use cases for forecasting, automation, or personalization
• Convert emerging tech insights into actionable recommendations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field

5-6 years' experience in technology consulting, systems integration, or enterprise architecture

Strong understanding of IT systems, solution architecture, technology lifecycles and technology investment assessment

Ability to simplify complex technology topics into clear insights and recommendations

Familiarity with AI, automation, IoT, and data-driven systems preferred

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
