Key Responsibilities

As the Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the full spectrum of finance and procurement functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technological advancements. Your core duties will include:

• Finance & Procurement Governance: Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks to oversee technology-related procurement activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with Finance, Procurement, Commercial, and Technology teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives and technological innovation.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets and financial forecasts, providing accurate insights to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Procurement Operations: Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including contract negotiations, vendor selection, purchase order management, and invoice reconciliation, with a focus on cost optimization and risk mitigation.
• Process Excellence & Transformation: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and drive operational excellence to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability across the procurement lifecycle.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of procurement and finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability.
• Executive Reporting & Business Insights: Deliver comprehensive financial and procurement reports to senior leadership, offering strategic recommendations to support business growth and operational resilience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of financial acumen, procurement expertise, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have:

• Professional Experience: A strong background in Finance, Procurement, Commercial Operations, or Technology Governance, with a proven track record in enterprise-level environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, procurement lifecycle management, invoice reconciliation, and financial controls. Familiarity with SAP ERP and Power BI is highly desirable.
• Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and engage with senior stakeholders, driving alignment and fostering collaborative decision-making.
• Process Transformation: A history of implementing process improvements and governance enhancements in large-scale organizations, with a focus on operational efficiency and risk management.
