We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer to spearhead our technical operations in the Kingdom. This hybrid role blends hands-on engineering with strategic customer engagement and operational leadership, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of sports infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. You will serve as the most senior technical representative on the ground, ensuring flawless service delivery while fostering long-term client relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Core Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Oversee inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation activities across Saudi Arabia, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the service lifecycle, building trust and identifying opportunities for expanded services or projects.
• Operational Coordination: Manage quotations, service orders, and customer follow-ups using company systems, while providing real-time technical guidance to Field Service Engineers.
• Equipment Expertise: Conduct detailed equipment inspections, fault diagnosis, and complex repairs, supporting the installation and commissioning of new systems.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, industry regulations, and safety standards, while maintaining accurate reporting to drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for a results-driven engineer with a blend of technical proficiency and customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will possess:

Essential Requirements:

• Extensive experience in field service, maintenance, or technical engineering roles.
• Proven mechanical troubleshooting and fault-finding capabilities.
• Strong track record in managing customer relationships within a service-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of sports or recreational equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
• A valid Saudi Arabian driving licence.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia, or willingness to relocate under company-sponsored visa and Iqama arrangements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership or mentorship experience within technical teams.
• Commercial acumen, including experience with quotations, customer support, or account management.
• Familiarity with working at height and electro-mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
