Wellness Specialist - Riyadh

The Wellness Specialist is responsible for delivering holistic wellness programs at our reputable clinic in Riyadh. This role requires relevant qualifications and hands-on expertise in wellness, preventive health, and non-medical therapeutic services. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting proper client assessments and obtaining informed consent
• Adhering to hygiene and safety protocols, and maintaining accurate session documentation
• Protecting client confidentiality in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law
• Guiding clients on lifestyle improvement, stress management, and recovery techniques
• Ensuring safe operation of wellness equipment and coordinating with medical teams when required
• Contributing to a premium client experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Knowledge of health and wellness principles, including lifestyle management and preventive health
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Understanding of exercise physiology and practical experience designing safe, evidence-based activity plans
• Relevant certification or degree in wellness, exercise science, sports science, nutrition, public health, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare, fitness centers, corporate wellness, or community health programs is an advantage
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and a client-centered approach
• Fluency in Arabic and English
