Lead Operational Excellence Across Saudi Arabia

The KSA Country Operations Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving the operational success of Omorfia Group's multi-brand portfolio across Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership position encompasses full country-level responsibility for business delivery, operational excellence, people leadership, and administrative governance. The role serves as the primary operational integrator between Group Leadership, Brand Leadership, and KSA execution teams.

• Oversee the operational performance of a multi-brand portfolio, ensuring service excellence and consistency across all locations.
• Own and deliver country-level P&L, driving revenue growth and profitability targets.
• Lead expansion readiness, coordinating pre-opening staff training and operational setup for new locations.
• Optimize workforce productivity, scheduling efficiency, and staff costs while ensuring compliance with labour and municipality regulations.
• Monitor and control operational costs, including payroll, consumables, and procurement.
• Act as the operational bridge between Group Leadership, Brand Heads, and KSA execution teams, ensuring brand standards and service protocols are executed in line with Brand governance frameworks.
