The Store Manager is responsible for driving company objectives by delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing sales. This role involves implementing operating procedures, promoting the company's loyalty program, and providing regular feedback to management on employees and products.

• Brief and guide staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Demonstrate a strong fashion sense and up-to-date product knowledge to minimize stock loss.
• Stay informed about new products, trends, and fashion directives to anticipate customer needs.
• Manage stockrooms and ensure adequate stock levels to maximize sales.
• Implement and enforce brand and company policies and procedures.
• Apply creative techniques to exceed store sales targets.
• Conduct weekly store administration audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage staff schedules, leave, and grievances.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards according to set guidelines.
• Promote the company's loyalty program for repeat sales.
• Supervise the store and provide feedback on employees and products to the Area Manager.
• Ensure store security and vigilance at all times.
• Stay updated on various group brands for suggestive selling to customers.
• Oversee end-to-end store operations.
• Be physically fit to stand for extended hours and perform heavy lifting.
