The Department Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting the efficient operation of the store. This role requires a fashion-forward, well-groomed individual with a strong product knowledge and a commitment to minimizing stock loss.

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to retail staff, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to maximize sales.
• Assist the Store Manager in the profitable operation of the store, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Act as the end-to-end store manager in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Promote and drive the company's Loyalty Program to boost loyalty and repeat sales.
• Regularly provide feedback to the Store Manager and Area Manager regarding employees and products.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about new trends and fashion directives to anticipate and respond to customer needs.
• Assist in implementing operating procedures and ensure adherence to brand and company policies.
• Conduct regular store administration audits and resolve any issues that arise.
• Manage daily staff scheduling, leave, and grievances.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with set guidelines.
• Ensure awareness and vigilance regarding store security at all times.
• Be physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting as required.
