The Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for our Prada Beauty boutique at Westfield Mall in Jeddah. This role is responsible for driving sales, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of beauty consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to create a compelling store environment that drives sales and enhances the brand image.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
• Collaborate with regional and head office teams to implement marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory management.
