Job Overview

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaning Staff to ensure that our kitchen, bakery, dining areas, and all customer-facing spaces remain spotless and compliant with the strictest hygiene and sanitation regulations. This role is essential to preserving the quality of our products and the well-being of everyone who visits or works at KEGLU Bakery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen, bakery, dining, and work areas to maintain a pristine environment.
• Wash, sanitize, and store utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.
• Properly dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety protocols to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Regularly refill cleaning and hygiene supplies to ensure all areas are adequately stocked and ready for use.
• Maintain restrooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including sanitation guidelines, to protect both staff and customers.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace that supports operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in basic English communication to ensure clear understanding of tasks and safety instructions.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards, with a commitment to maintaining a germ-free environment.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic to meet daily cleaning schedules.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the bakery’s operational needs.
