Key Responsibilities

• Bot Development: Design and develop chatbots tailored for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• API Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party APIs, databases, and external services to enhance bot functionality and user experience.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Implement and fine-tune NLP models to enable chatbots to understand and respond to user queries with high accuracy and contextual relevance.
• User Experience Optimization: Conduct thorough testing and gather user feedback to refine bot interactions, ensuring a smooth and intuitive conversational flow.
• Deployment and Maintenance: Deploy chatbots across specified platforms, monitor their performance, and provide ongoing maintenance to address bugs, updates, and scalability requirements.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and troubleshooting manuals, to support internal teams and end-users.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align bot development with business objectives and user needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in developing chatbots for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord, with a strong understanding of their respective APIs and development frameworks.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js, with hands-on experience in frameworks like Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
• NLP and AI: Familiarity with NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy) and machine learning techniques to enhance bot intelligence and conversational capabilities.
• API Integration: Experience in integrating RESTful APIs, webhooks, and databases to enable dynamic and interactive bot functionalities.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement innovative solutions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for hosting and scaling chatbot applications.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js) for creating interactive and visually appealing bot interfaces.
• Previous experience in the Middle East market, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is a plus.
