Key Responsibilities

The Private Finance Manager will be responsible for a wide range of financial services, including but not limited to:

• Wealth Management: Developing and implementing tailored financial plans to grow and preserve client wealth, including investment portfolio management, risk assessment, and asset allocation strategies.
• Financial Planning: Conducting comprehensive financial assessments for clients to identify short-term and long-term financial goals, and providing strategic recommendations to achieve them.
• Investment Advisory: Offering expert guidance on investment opportunities, including equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternative investments, while ensuring alignment with client risk tolerance and objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients by delivering personalized service, addressing their financial concerns, and ensuring their objectives are met.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring all financial activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies, preparing accurate financial reports, and maintaining meticulous records for audits and client reviews.
• Market Analysis: Staying abreast of global and local economic trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed financial advice and adapt strategies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including legal, tax, and investment professionals, to deliver holistic financial solutions and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CPA are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in private banking, wealth management, or a similar financial advisory role, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, portfolio management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with CRM systems and financial planning tools is a plus.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts clearly and build trust with clients.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and ethical practices in the private banking sector.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
