Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be entrusted with the following core responsibilities:

• Strategic Program Leadership: Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive program strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision. Ensure programs are executed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between senior leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across all program components.
• Resource Management: Allocate and optimize resources, including personnel, budgets, and tools, to maximize program efficiency and minimize risks. Monitor resource utilization to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
• Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Address challenges with analytical rigor and decisive action to maintain program momentum and achieve desired results.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate program success. Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Ensure transparency and foster trust through consistent communication and deliverables.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess existing processes and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications & Competencies

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-backed solutions to drive program success.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and enterprise software systems. Knowledge of industry-specific frameworks and methodologies is a plus.
• Cultural Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a keen understanding of regional business practices and regulatory requirements in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
