Head of Information Technology

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Information Technology to drive IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud operations, and digital transformation within a highly regulated financial services environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy and technology roadmap to align with business objectives.
• Lead and manage cloud, infrastructure, network, and IT operations to ensure high availability, business continuity, and robust security.
• Oversee core banking/financial systems, APIs, payment integrations, and digital platforms to support business growth and innovation.
• Ensure full compliance with SAMA, NCA, PDPL, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within banking, financial services, fintech, or other SAMA-regulated organizations.
• Preferred Nationality: KSA
