Role Overview

The Accountant will serve as a key contributor to our financial infrastructure, overseeing critical accounting functions to ensure precision, compliance, and strategic financial management. This role demands a candidate with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP, capable of navigating the complexities of a high-velocity business environment while maintaining rigorous financial standards. The successful professional will be instrumental in driving accurate financial reporting, fostering transparency, and supporting the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain meticulous financial records and ensure the integrity of the general ledger accounts.
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision using Odoo ERP.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and present monthly financial reports and management reports to support decision-making.
• Reconcile bank accounts and company balances to ensure financial alignment and accuracy.
• Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring initiatives to optimize financial performance.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in strict adherence to ZATCA regulations, ensuring full compliance.
• Manage fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, and journal entries with a high degree of accuracy.
• Act as a liaison with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate seamless financial audits and compliance reviews.
• Uphold robust accounting controls and maintain comprehensive supporting documentation for all financial activities.
• Support procurement processes, purchase orders, and expense management within the Odoo ERP system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or commercial setting.
• Proven expertise in Odoo ERP, with hands-on experience in financial module management.
• Comprehensive understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Saudi accounting standards.
• In-depth knowledge of VAT regulations and ZATCA compliance requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities to interpret financial data.
• Exceptional attention to detail, unwavering integrity, and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
