Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the following skills:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, software development, or a closely related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, system architecture, cloud computing, and modern engineering tools and methodologies.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
