Wellness Coach

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Wellness Coach to join our esteemed clinic in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive wellness programs that promote holistic health, preventive care, and non-medical therapeutic services. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients toward improved lifestyle choices, stress management, and recovery techniques, all while ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance as mandated by the Ministry of Health and Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Holistic Wellness Program Delivery: Develop and implement personalized wellness programs that encompass lifestyle coaching, recovery therapies, and relaxation treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Client Assessment & Compliance: Conduct thorough client assessments within the defined scope of practice, obtain informed consent where applicable, and maintain meticulous session documentation while safeguarding client confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements.
• Safety & Hygiene Protocols: Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety guidelines, ensuring the safe operation of wellness equipment and maintaining a secure environment for all clients and staff.
• Collaborative Care: Coordinate seamlessly with medical teams and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated wellness solutions, particularly when addressing complex client needs.
• Client Experience & Education: Empower clients with actionable strategies for lifestyle improvement, stress management, and recovery techniques, fostering long-term behavioral change and well-being.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all wellness services comply with local regulations, including those set by the Ministry of Health, and uphold the clinic’s commitment to excellence in preventive health care.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of academic credentials, practical experience, and interpersonal strengths. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant certification or degree in wellness, exercise science, sports science, nutrition, public health, or a related discipline. Practical experience in wellness centers, spa environments, healthcare settings, corporate wellness programs, or community health initiatives is highly advantageous.
