Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of client implementation projects within Rasēd’s expanding portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving project success by defining scope, developing comprehensive plans, executing deliverables, and ensuring timely closure while maintaining budgetary constraints and quality standards. You will serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Own the complete delivery of assigned client projects, from initial scoping and planning through execution and final closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Project Documentation & Communication: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, Risk, Assumption, Issue, and Dependency (RAID) logs, and produce regular status reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate project steering meetings and act as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams, including Fraud Detection Engineering (FDE), Professional Services, and Sales, to ensure seamless collaboration and milestone achievement.
• Client Relationship Management: Engage with client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring a smooth transition to post-implementation support.
• Risk & Issue Escalation: Proactively identify potential risks and blockers, escalating critical issues to the PMO Director to mitigate project disruptions and maintain progress.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Experience: Minimum of three years in project management, with a strong preference for roles within B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is a plus.
• Methodologies: Demonstrated expertise in both Agile and waterfall project delivery frameworks, with the ability to adapt methodologies based on project requirements.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in banking, fintech, or RegTech project environments is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively coordinate between technical and commercial teams.

Location & Employment Details

This is an onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is full-time, and preference will be given to Saudi nationals as part of our commitment to local talent development.
