Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic enterprise initiatives within the Capital portfolio for a prominent financial institution based in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving high-impact projects, fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives within a dynamic and complex financial services environment. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between business, technology, and vendor teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery. Core responsibilities include:

• Project Leadership: Leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise-wide projects through an outsourcing engagement, ensuring adherence to business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinating project activities across business, technology, and vendor teams while driving stakeholder engagement and maintaining transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk and Dependency Management: Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize disruptions and ensure timely delivery.
• Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring project progress through regular status updates and dashboards, providing senior management with accurate and actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to project governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and quality standards to maintain operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a strong background in banking or financial services, and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects.
• Skills: Exceptional planning, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous:

• Prior exposure to capital markets, investment banking, asset management, or Capital-related initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry best practices.
