Senior Client Relations Manager

Sustainable Property, based in Jeddah, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Relations Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in fostering and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring our services consistently meet and exceed their expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to grow and retain key client relationships.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing their expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and service level agreements are adhered to.
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
• Preparing and presenting reports on client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in client relations, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
