The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and delivering high-quality training programs, with a strong focus on quality management systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.

• Responsibilities include:
• Developing and delivering training programs on quality management systems, processes, and procedures
• Conducting training needs analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
• Creating and maintaining training materials and documentation
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content
• Facilitating training sessions and workshops in both English and Arabic
• Monitoring and reporting on training progress and outcomes

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in quality management, excellent training and facilitation skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
