Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Mentorship: Offer personalized coaching to mentees on developing and executing marketing and PR campaigns, including brand storytelling, media pitching, and crisis communication strategies.
• Industry Insights: Share expertise on current trends in digital marketing, social media engagement, and influencer partnerships to enhance mentees’ skill sets and industry knowledge.
• Networking Facilitation: Introduce mentees to key industry contacts, including journalists, influencers, and marketing professionals, to expand their professional networks and opportunities.
• Performance Evaluation: Provide constructive feedback on mentees’ work, including campaign drafts, press releases, and social media strategies, to refine their approach and improve outcomes.
• Resource Development: Curate and recommend training materials, case studies, and best practices to support mentees’ continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborative Projects: Lead or participate in group mentorship sessions, workshops, or webinars to address common challenges and foster a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field, with a focus on outreach and brand management.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire professionals at various career stages.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing and PR strategies tailored to mentees’ goals.
• Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of digital marketing trends, media landscapes, and PR tools and technologies.
• Empathy & Adaptability: A patient and adaptable approach to mentorship, tailored to the unique needs and learning styles of each mentee.
