Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design, code, test, and deploy enterprise applications using modern programming languages, frameworks, and best practices to meet business requirements and technical specifications.
• System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise applications with existing systems, databases, and third-party solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and operational continuity.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance scalability, reliability, and user experience across the enterprise.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure applications adhere to industry standards and organizational policies for data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance, including GDPR, ISO, and internal governance frameworks.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex application issues, working closely with IT operations and support teams to minimize downtime and maintain high availability.
• Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and support end-user adoption of enterprise applications.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Partner with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and senior leadership, to align application development initiatives with strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Profound expertise in enterprise application development, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, and familiarity with frameworks like Spring, .NET, or Django.
• Database Management: Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Cloud and DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns, microservices, API development (REST, GraphQL), and enterprise service buses (ESB) for seamless system integration.
