Sales Manager - Building Automation

The Sales Manager will drive business development and revenue growth across the UAE for our leading automation systems integrator, specializing in Building Automation Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and energy efficiency solutions.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across diverse sectors such as commercial, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, education, and mixed-use developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, consultants, MEP contractors, facility management companies, and end users.
• Lead the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, working closely with technical teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business growth and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
• Represent the company at industry events and collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of sales or business development experience within BMS, EMS, HVAC Controls, Smart Buildings, or related automation technologies.
• Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of building automation, controls, HVAC systems, and energy efficiency solutions.
• Existing network within the UAE market.
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
