Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project management, from initiation to closure. Core duties include:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while ensuring adherence to industry best practices and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and senior leadership, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts to ensure project success.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and address issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Budget and Resource Optimization: Monitor project expenditures, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets without compromising on quality or timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control processes to ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and recommendations for improvement. Maintain accurate project documentation for audit and reference purposes.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience, with a focus on IT, digital transformation, or enterprise solutions. Experience in the Middle East market is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello) and methodologies. Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or custom software development projects is advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and drive results under pressure.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset.
