Regional Program and Engagement Manager (MEA)

Position Overview

Nozomi Networks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Program and Engagement Manager (MEA) to join our dynamic team based in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving strategic program initiatives, fostering stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the successful execution of our mission across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee regional programs aligned with Nozomi Networks’ objectives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes. Collaborate with global teams to tailor initiatives that resonate with MEA-specific requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, industry partners, and enterprise clients. Act as a liaison to bridge communication gaps and align interests for mutual benefit.
• Market Expansion & Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Nozomi Networks’ presence in the MEA region. Conduct market research to assess trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, providing actionable insights to inform business strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure cohesive program execution. Facilitate alignment between regional and global teams to drive consistency and efficiency in operations.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate program success. Prepare comprehensive reports on regional activities, progress, and challenges, presenting findings to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
• Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Represent Nozomi Networks at industry events, conferences, and forums across the MEA region. Position the company as a trusted advisor and innovator in critical infrastructure security and operational technology (OT) solutions.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all programs adhere to local regulations, ethical standards, and company policies. Mitigate risks by proactively addressing potential challenges in program execution and stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, MBA) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the MEA region. Prior experience in the technology, cybersecurity, or OT/ICS sectors is highly desirable.
• Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the MEA market, including cultural, economic, and regulatory nuances. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks. Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with operational technology (OT), industrial control systems (ICS), or cybersecurity frameworks is beneficial but not mandatory.
