As a Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our retail team, delivering unparalleled customer service and contributing significantly to our store's success. Your primary focus will be to assist customers, drive sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all.

• Provide expert product information and guidance to customers in-store.
• Understand and anticipate customer needs to recommend products or services that meet their requirements.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and usage.
• Build and maintain a customer database, with a focus on VIP customer follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking and merchandising.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling various payment methods.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store success.
• Stay current on promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches to effectively communicate these to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Manage after-sales service.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in luxury watches and jewelry, with a focus on VIP customer handling and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic math and experience using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are an asset.
