As an IT Specialist based in Jeddah, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless business operations by monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing our IT systems and networks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing and configuring network hardware/software
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Managing network security
• Providing prompt IT support to team members
• Diligent documentation of IT issues
• Adhering to cybersecurity policies to ensure system efficiency and confidentiality

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong skills in Network Administration and Network Security
• Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service capabilities
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and ability to implement security protocols
• Practical knowledge of maintaining IT hardware, software systems, and cloud-based services
• The ability to work effectively in on-site team settings, ensuring coordination and collaboration
