Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team and ensure the optimal presentation and availability of our products across assigned retail outlets. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies, maintaining high standards of product display, and driving sales growth through effective in-store execution. Key Responsibilities

The Merchandiser will play a pivotal role in enhancing product visibility, maintaining stock integrity, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Your core duties will include:

• Merchandising & Execution:
  • Ensure consistent product availability by managing stock replenishment and adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation principles.
  • Maintain pristine shelves, displays, coolers, and pricing structures in alignment with company merchandising guidelines.
  • Maximize product visibility and optimize shelf share across all assigned retail outlets to drive consumer engagement and sales.
  • Execute all merchandising and promotional programs with precision, ensuring timely and accurate implementation within the designated route.
• Sales & Field Execution:
  • Actively support sales growth by delivering outstanding in-store execution and maintaining comprehensive outlet coverage.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for product placement and promotional enhancements.
• Operations & Reporting:
  • Monitor stock levels vigilantly to minimize out-of-stock situations and prevent product expiry issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date route records, documenting market observations and providing actionable insights to supervisors.
  • Adhere to all operational policies and safety protocols while performing daily tasks.
• Customer Engagement:
  • Foster strong, professional relationships with retail partners and customers to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate closely with supervisors to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies and address any operational challenges.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a High School Certificate; a Diploma is preferred.
• Possess 1–2 years of relevant experience in the Beverage, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or a related industry.
• Demonstrate fluent proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service, communication, and analytical abilities to identify trends and optimize merchandising strategies.
• Be physically capable of lifting 10–15 kg and working in a field environment, including extended periods of standing, walking, and traveling between outlets.
