Sales Engineer

Join Masar Arabia First Trading Company as a Sales Engineer and drive our Industrial division's growth.

We seek a dynamic professional with a proven track record in industrial sales to independently develop business, penetrate the market, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

• Develop new business opportunities across the Saudi industrial market.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and site visits.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM/ERP records, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven sales achievements in the Saudi industrial market.
• Experience in Industrial Trading, General Trading, MEP Materials, Mechanical & Electrical Products, Safety Products, Construction Materials, Industrial Consumables, Maintenance (MRO) Supplies, Building Materials, HVAC, Plumbing, Tools & Equipment, Oil & Gas, EPC Projects, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or related B2B industrial sectors.
• Strong exposure to market penetration, business development, revenue generation, and key account management.
• Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Odoo/SAP or any ERP, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English. Arabic will be an added advantage.
