Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, enhance user experience, and support strategic HR initiatives through robust HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison with Oracle Support and external partners to resolve issues, apply critical fixes, and ensure optimal system performance. Collaborate with HR teams across all RSGT terminals to deliver exceptional user support and training.
  • Security and Access Management: Administer HCM security roles and user provisioning in Oracle Fusion to maintain data integrity and compliance with PDPL regulations. Conduct periodic Segregation of Duties (SoD) access reviews to mitigate risks.
  • Project and Change Management: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization for HCM projects. Deliver enhancement projects on time and within scope while managing global HCM initiatives across all RSGT business units.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide Level-1 and Level-2 HCM support, responding to user queries within a 30-minute SLA. Monitor HCM system availability and coordinate with Oracle Cloud Operations to resolve incidents promptly. Ensure timely deactivation of HCM accounts and access upon employee termination in coordination with HR.
