Position Overview

As a Public Relations Officer, you will be an integral part of the Onshore Business Line, where your primary responsibility will be to support government relations activities. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with local regulations, coordinating with government authorities, and facilitating administrative processes to enhance the efficiency of project operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to critical projects while engaging with key stakeholders in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Government Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the company and government entities, processing official documentation and permits to ensure seamless project execution.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Saudi labor laws, governmental regulations, and internal company procedures to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.
• Employee Services Support: Facilitate government-related services for employees through relevant online platforms and authorities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to streamline government transactions and ensure all requirements are met efficiently.
• Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of government relations activities and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making and compliance audits.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Public Relations Officer, Government Relations Officer, or in a similar capacity.
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic (native) and a strong command of English (professional proficiency).
• Technical Proficiency: Experience interacting with Saudi government entities and online portals, along with a deep understanding of Saudi Labor Law and government procedures.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth operations.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support documentation, reporting, and data management tasks.
