We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet our company standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with a strong focus on risk mitigation, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Managing and leading project mobilization activities, and developing project initiation documents, scope, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Identifying and addressing risk areas and obstacles to ensure successful project implementation.
• Managing and reviewing formal project controls and quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to company standards and risk minimization.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and project sponsors to develop communication plans and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
• Analyzing past and ongoing projects to identify lessons learned and provide improvement recommendations.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in Project Management.
• A structured approach and strong analytical thinking skills.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
